I have slate flooring that is baby blue is there any way to stain it or change the color of it.?

Also how hard is it to remove? Its only like 600 sf of slate (condo).

Answers:
Obviously slate in its natural state isn't "baby blue" so I'll assume it's been tinted already.

The good news is, that if the slate isn't/wasn't sealed, it remains pretty porous, and can be restained.

Without knowing what you want exactly, I suggest that you will only be able to darken it in some blue or gray shades.

BTW, if it wasn't sealed, then stained, then sealed again,,, stripping will not only be messy, but a fruitless, unsatisfying waste of time, energy, and money.

Not that I'm aware of, however, stripping and refinishing will sometimes deviate the color some.
