You will most likely need a key, especially if they are double-locked. (If not, you could be in a world of hurt.) I presume that going to a police station is a bad move for you. Indeed, any public location is likely to be a problem.
I recommend ringing a few friends. If statistics hold up, there a good chance that one of them owns a pair and will have a key available. ;-) If anything, you can get a friend to go to a military surplus store and probably buy an individual key. (I don't recommend an adult-toy store as the keys for the type of cuffs they usually have are different than police-style and aren't compatible.)
If worse comes to worse, you can send me a private message and I can mail you a spare. All I would need is your address. (No P.O. Boxes.) ;-)

Surely you have seen them do it in the old cowboy films, just get hold of a large hammer, chisel and an anvil. and get pounding, worked for me.

First, you need a gun. Find one and then find an old bridge with minimal traffic.
Wait until about 2 in the morning....then create a roadblock of some sorts.......then, when the next car comes down the road, hiijack the car.
When you're safely back to the car owner's house, force them to saw the cuffs off with a metal cutting hacksaw. Promise them they will live if they do it. Right after they do that, tell them you are obviously a criminal and you have no intention of letting them live.
After you have properly disposed of the body in the basement, rob the house of all the jewelery and cash.
