Bathroom Light Fixture?

I have a light fixture over my bathroom sink. It has 3 round lights in a row. Thex are sort of sticking out of a (metal?) box with a wood trim. There is this UGLY gold metal type stuff right behind the bulbs. Is there ANYTHIMG I cando to either cover u p the metal or something??

Answers:
Get a new fixture altogether. You can pick one up at Home Depot or another home supply store for around $20-30. Don't forget to turn off the circuit breaker prior to making any changes; turning off the switch won't help if the wiring was installed backwards, you could be working with a live hot circuit.

Other answers:
contact paper of your choice, remove fixture and spray paint

Cost u the same to change or cover metal trim or just replace light with something u like
You can probably use a metal paint. Rustoleum makes several types. Please be sure to turn off the fuse at the box before you begin.
Discard the entire light fixture and purchase something that is more pleasant to the eye.
