Building a desk want some assistance?
Whoever gives me the best design gets the 10 points.
Answers: So your vanished handed hey? The first piece I would do in your design would be to tweaking the monitor platform. The idea is upright but I would purchase those heavy duty attitude drawer glides they hold a lot of solidity and mount on the two colums and mount the monitor platform on these. This will increase the structural strength and allow for you to pull the monitor out to bring back to the back of the monitor when needed, the drawer glides will transport this weight. The cup doors are a nice touch but instead of just holes for nouns. buy the small cabinet fans to draw cool nouns in for cooling the not easy drive and printer. Instead of drawers above the printer leave an overt shelf space for setting papers that come out of the printer and another cabinet door above that to match the other side of the desk.
Extend the "desk" nouns forward.
Rather than raise the monitor, lower it below the desk even.
I built mine so that when I look at my monitor, my head and d¨Ścolletage are in matching position as if I were reading a book.
Also, I would not enfold the CPU at all. Heat is it's worst rival. I would place it within straightforward reach...conceivably swap the locations of the printer and the CPU.
If you use the printer and the CD/DVD drives much, I think you will find the cup doors a bit of a nusance. That extra drawer on the keyboard may not bequeath you enoungh knee room. Unless you own actual sat at a desk near that feature and similar to the height of the the ivories you might want to lose that feature. I would use the space on the two bottom drawers on the departed for one hanging profile folder drawer. Also, the drawers that are higher up are impossible because you won't be able to see what is surrounded by them unless you stand up. I would make these unseal storage and use them for decorative items instead or possibly use mesh metal baskets that can be pulled completely out and sat on the desk to access the contents.
I would put almost similar to a hutch on top have the monitor step under that surrounded by a built in box. this will free up room for writing. Or enjoy a pull out board approaching the keyboard draw that will be on the side of the desk so that you can verbs it out when you need to write
