Anyone know how to remove ceramic tile without breaking them?

You have to cut around the grout and then take your tile blade and chip at the seal , Home depot sells the blade and handle

You can try a cold chisel to remove the grout and pry it up

Or the dremel tool will work as well
If it was installed properly, you can't.
Wet a cotton towel and lay it on and use a really hot iron over the towel until the tile loosens
