Halloween Props?

I own a farm 17 acres, thats in a populated location that I am planning on having a haunted fest at this halloween season. I need opinons on what are some great scenes I could use, anyone know where I can find some how to do it yourself props, and any other ideas that would make it the best it can be?

Answers:
do you want it scary or fun for kids? both? You could set up a small cemetery of cardboard headstones with catchy epitaphs and a hand or two reaching out from the grave. A mini corn maze would be fun too and /or scary with some ghostly additions. Being a master pumpkin carver myself, I would straw-stuff old clothing with creepy carved pumpkin heads and have them lying around the property. I made a coffin once and served soda and beer out of it as a cooler. I have a million ideas depending on where you are going with this.

I don't know about do it yourself props, but here are some ideas for scenes .... pumpkin pasture with live scarecrows
Corn Mazes. If you don't farm see if a local farmer will donate his dried corn stalks. The kids always love the mazes. Hay rides are cool too. Skeletons, pumpkins and maybe some witches. Pumpkin patces are big hits too.
