Could someone report me a website which have instructions on how to install over-the-cooking stock microwave?

Hi, I am a new home owner. To install the microwave, I be getting charged $130 which I didn't want to pay!! I be wondering if there is a website where on earth they have step-wise instructions beside pictures preferably. Any help is greatly appreciated!

And the instructions where you install the mounting plate that go on the wall that the microwave hangs on (you must mount this decoration plate before you screw the microwave to the top cabinet) It is self explanatory freshly follow the instructions!
