In what order do I finish an unfinished added bath?

what do you expect from HomeABC.net ?
move the drains easy? 1st make sure the drains are properly vented and all the uphill/ downhill stuff is right.
you can move them to a distance but remember water only flows downhill and you don't want future clogged up problems.
the shorter the better.
i don't know if you're on 2nd floor with this bathroom or what.
next step is the hot and cold water feed lines.
get them where you want them to be.
not too high, not too low,
will there be a shower or bath tub?
electric is next.
you have to use a special gfic for the bathroom if electric is within so many feet of any water.
ground fault interrupter automatically trips in case of radio, etc, falls in sink.
if you have plumbing and electric set up where you want it,
then start your drywall.
if you have a tub or shower this requires special waterproof sheetrock, i forget what it's called, around that area at least.
finish the drywall,
consider the floor, linoleum? ceramic tile?
you might want to paint before you even install the fixtures (sink,tub,toilet,lights,switch...
if there's no window , exhaust fan is part of the electric department... before you drywall...go back and start over,, ha, ha just kidding there.
after all the painting and fixtures are in then there's the trim, the woodwork.
base shoe and molding.
i think then you be ready to take a bath.

Will you be doing the electric yourself, too? If not, and unless your mighty skilled I'd think two or three times about that, you might want to call a contractor in and talk with him about it. Since you're legitimately having him give you an estimate for the elec part of the job, not just having him out to pick his brain, I'm sure he can help. Some contractors will give you an estimate on the whole job, and then pull out the parts you'll do yourself.

First you need a plan of what you want in the room. 1 sink or 2, shower or tub or both, toilet, cabinets etc.
Then know that the toilet needs its own separate drain pipe in the floor, as does the tub and the sink needs a trap.
The order would be then tub, toilet, sink, cabinets.
The electrical work and any drywall work should be done first but the overall plan is the real first thing.
I am sure that the Internet will be invaluable to aid you with design and implementation.
Remember to consult with other family members as to what everyone wants...it is a mess to change things after you have started.
And have fun, it sounds like a great project.
git er done !
lay all pipework, inlet & outlet, all conceal electrical.conduits and stuff the exposed part with paper for to prevent cement from adhering to it after concreting
