Does Anyone have problems sleeping at night and have to wake up early?

Do I have problems sleeping at night? Hell ya! It's 4:19 am where I am, and I have to be up at 7 am.
Yep. I go through it a few times a month. But I make sure I wake up on time so I can do something I call a "hard reset" on my internal clock. I'll be dead the next day (a little coffee helps cure that problem), but I'll know that I'll have a few good nights sleep later on.

try taking the herb melatonin, I think thats how its spelled, it works great!
yes I do, Sometimes it takes me up to 3 hours to fall asleep and I have to get up at 6:30 in the morning. I started taking some OTC sleeping pills and I have found that I fall asleep much faster and I sleep thru the entire night. I feel well rested. Only take them for like 2 weeks and then stay off them for a week. and if you still have trouble start taking them again. They have worked for me it should work for you! Good Luck!
I don't but I have a solution if you're actually trying to sleep through the night. Forget OTC - try a more natural solution with an herbal supplement such as Valerian and Hops.
i have trouble every night falling alseep. what i find helps is have a puff and jump in bed with a hot girl. she'll whear u out enough to got to sleep
Yes, I need to be up at 3:30 a.m. and if I don't take an OTC sleeping aid I am up till at least 12:30 a.m. Nyquil works good to get you back on a routine. But only take any OTC for a couple weeks then take a couple weeks off
