My wall is 6ft giant and 6 1/2 ft all-embracing. How plentiful square metres is this?p.s eyespy you could not answer within foot?

so i think meters will be far to complex for you ,

Answers:    I will take a different approach, conceivably it is wrong, but in my manager it sounds right:
1 ft = 30 cm
6 x 30 = 180 cm
6.5 x 30 = 195 cm

1 m = 100 cm
180 cm = 1.8 m
195 cm = 1.95 m
so
6ft= 1.8 m
6.5 ft = 1.95 m

so 1.8 x 1.95 = 3.51 square meters
6 by 6.5 is 39 square feet.

1 foot = 0.3048 meters, so 1 square foot equals 0.0929 square meters.

39 square foot = 0.0929 * 39 = 3.62 square meters.
3.623 sq. meters
