How to remove a broken off screw from a metal window frame?

A window unit air conditoner was removed from a window with a metal frame. A screw through the window frame was broken off leaving about 1/4" between the screw and frame. I have tried metal snips and a small hacksaw with no success.

Answers:
I think you are screwed!, pun intended Does the screw interfere with the window function? If not, leave it in. it's possible to get a drill bit smaller than the screw, drill the center of the screw ( not easy at all).

Other answers:
Try grabbing whats left of the screw with pliers and unscrew it that way.

Drill it out. Worked for me!
You need a drill with "reverse" and you can back it out.
i had the same problem! you have tobend the screw until it becomes loose, then pull it off
you could get a small grinding attachment for a drill and grind it off.
try a small drill bit and drill the center of the broken screw it may push the screw into the sidewall and fall in.
find someone with a drill and a set of drill bits. Ask them to come over and drill the screw out of the window frame.
USE A DRILL WITH A DRILL BIT THAT FITS THE HOLE AND DRILL IT OUT
drill it out.
