Where can i buy strip painter for football?
Answers: Menards.
At a hardware store next to a large inspection like Home Depot or Lowe's.
Most area line marker use lime, not paint. Lime will burn the grass. Almost anything you mark the grass beside that is semi lifelong will do some damage to the grass.
Here is a site that sell Field Line Markers and offers a paint that they claim does not wound the grass.

Good Luck.
I politely disagree with John. While fertilizer will burn your grass lime should not. Generally the lime you would purchase to fertilize your garden or pasture is pelletized lime sold in the garden cubicle. A major brandname is Nutrilime. If this is not white satisfactory you may need to purchase hasty lime from a farm or animal store which is regularly used in barns to cut fertilizer. I'd suggest using a lawn drop spreader (Not a broadcast) and duct tape closed the bottom grate except for a portion in the middle the length of the stripe you wish to apply. Lime is alkaline and will unanimously "sweeten" the soil. If you are concerned about long permanent status effects, dilute it with a garden hose or mow over it to spread it out and afterwards reapply. I'lll bet you can buy a used drop spreader at a garage sale this time of year for a unharmed $15. Good Luck.
Most lines painted on a sports field are lime not paint,I assume the same apparatus that lines driveways would work probably, but for a back courtyard I would take two board almost 3/4 thick. Then separate them the size you want the lines to be and scab both ends to hold the width. Lay down your guide and paint the lines near your lime slurry.
