Bathroom Exhaust Fan short Attic?

I am needing suggestions. I enjoy a downstairs bathroom that need an exhaust lover put in. There is a standard lamp in the ceiling, however near is no way to bring an exhaust duct in minus ripping out the ceiling. I am needing this for moisture removal due to shower starting to mildew the ceiling. The bathroom is on an exterior wall of the house on 1st floor. Would it be better to install something dignified in the wall vent outside or is there another substitute for a ceiling installation?

Answers:    You can vent from the wall, especially if this is close to your shower. You can use whatever you resembling for the outside closure, dryer style will work fine. For added protection from small varmints, you may want to install some 1/4" screen matter to make sure something doesn't try to crawl into the ductwork.
run straight throught the wall, no problem. make sure you receive the right fan, so that it is vent back, instead of to the side, so you don't entail as much duct work
the ceiling would be the best option. clear a hole in the ceiling close to the wall and turn your duct 90 degree to go out the external wall and outside. otherwise you would own to cut through the foundation.
I agree with forjj smaller number work and easy to install
Maybe you might consider purely using a very virtuous dehumidifier during and after the shower is used. It would be much cheaper, faster, and a lot easier, If it did not work you could try something else.
I own installed many exhausts contained by the past. Go straight through the wall 4" from the ceiling, buy a simple vent near flap to prevent wind entering the room. Wire into wishy-washy circuit as they require low wattage.
