Drilled 10mm wide open hole into concrete and hit hose down pipe 3cm open! How to fix seepage?! Can I plug it? HELP!?

Can't believe the pipe is only 3cm below surface, and below concrete slab! Is a 1920s house. Am I able to plug the hole? Was thinking some type of concrete plug, bonded contained by somehow. Or could I just concrete up beside a plastic or metal bottom to stop concrete entering water pipe. The pipe is singular approx 2.5cm wide and I've single pierced it. Will the pressure cause problems over time. Hoping within would be an easy fix as I reckon the concrete around the nouns would need to be pulled up to receive at the pipe should I need a pro to come contained by.

Answers:    The concrete will not enter the pipe as long as there is pressure on the pipe.
As a intervening fix, you could try to screw a short sheet metal screw, a little larger than the hole, through a small piece of rubber, afterwards run the screw into the pipe.
You are going to have verbs it up and replace the damaged fragment. I have no view what water pipe would be buried so close to the surface.
