How many peole does it take to carry a hot tub?
I am a 23yr strong female, moved fridge, dishwasher, washer, compactor and dishwasher alone yesterday.
Do you have any idea how much more people I need??

My parents own a spa store and it takes 2 or 3 strong guys to move them. 2 if the spa is small to mid-sized. 3 if it is mid to large sized. We usually move our spas by placing them on their sides onto a small flat dolly with wheels and they just wheel the spa to the area that its going in, then when its time to drop it in they all make an effort together.
I just recently hurt my back by moving around some furniture by myself that i thought i was perfectly capable of doing. The injury caused pain in my back and hips, so much that i really had to limit moving at all for about two months. I ended up gaining like 15 pounds cause i had to sit on my butt and do nothing, and i missed some work too!
Whatever you do, Don't hurt yourself! A back injury could effect you for the rest of your life. Be careful!

They're awkward. Two people for fibreglass. For Iron - two strong people. (Any more and it's confusing)
We had to do this when we replaced our old one. I recommend 4 people. They are kind of awkward, and since you are installing one, you want to be sure to avoid scraping, scuffing, or god forbid, dropping it.

If it's what's called a soft tub, just 3, two on the tub and one with the beer.
If it's a wood skirted 4person acrylic tub the number gose to 5 ( yep the person with the beer gets shafted by having the workload double) A 6- 8 person wood skirt acrylic, then you are up to two beer carriers and 6 guys to move it. Important note: Make sure you can trust the beer carriers.
