Laying New Carpet - How to make a curved edge when installing?

Hello, I am putting new carpet into my house (concrete slab) . . im using tack strips around the edges but am getting ready to do a room that stops at tile that is curved .. . any hints on keeping the edge nice around the curved edge (like a half moon) . . maybe smaller tack strip pieces around the edge & then glue between them . . . I am not a professional as you can see but the square rooms have come out very nice so i would like to give this a try... Thanks for your help.

I am not a professional either, but I believe tack strips would be painfully disastrous for you to use. I think that you will probably want to lay down some glue, stretch your carpet up to the tile, then cut the carpet to shape. You should then find some material to use like a threshold, that covers the time edge, and also the carpet edge. I think that this would be your best bet.
