Where is the expansion reservoir for my infirm rear boiler internal heat system?

There is a plastic tank directly over the copper cistern with imersion electric fire. This plastic tank feed the copper tank which can also be heated via the rear legs boiler. The pump is under the flr boards.
My problem is that as I'm flushing out poor/non heat radiators of sludge I want to apply a rust inhibitor to help prevent build up. It apparently cannot go into the said plastic reservoir.
How could it be filled if at adjectives?
Help please, I cant afford to pay someone to call on.

Answers:    I have read your examine carefully, and I suspect that your put money on boiler DOES NOT contribute to the heating of the radiators, it might boil the water surrounded by the copper cylinder by direct action. ( In other words the dampen that you use may have be to the back boiler and back)
You did'nt influence how the radiators were customarily heated. You may have a red pressure vessel beside the boiler for instance beside a gauge reading around 1 bar within which case it will involve a great deal of work. If further advice needed email me.
There should be a small plastic or possibly metal container (header tank) which keeps the heat circuit topped up. Normally in the loft, but definitely higher than the greatest radiator. You may have a primatic cylinder which does not necessitate a F & E tank, but is a single nurture indirect cylinder.
