LEAD
There are several. Heavy is lead, but bracelets were made by copper or brass!
Gold is a very heavy metal when used in a high concentration like 18k or higher, but you said not gold or silver. Copper would be easy to work with and also be fairly dense.
most ppls skin are sensitive to iron but you should use like lead as long as u are going to wrap something around it and cooper is light but it is very easy to work with.
Brass is heavy and decorative. It is also soft, and fairly easy to work with.
Uranium & plutonium are two of the heaviest metals but I don't think you will want to use them.
Have you considered copper or
bronze?
