I've talked to a few folks & it looks like the best route to go is to buy an "all-in-one" primer, sealer, paint & draw from it color matched to the rest of the house color. Home Depot has Behr for $98/each for 5 gals. I entail 10 gals., so if I go next to them I'm looking at about $200. But I havent shopped around much, what in the region of Sherwin Williams, or Lowes? I'm selling the house in in the region of 3 years, so while I care nearly quality, I'm already over budget, I a short time ago need the best price!
