We be going to tile our bathroom and utility room,?
Thanks...
Answers: Laminate tile will be a better bet if you are doing it yourself. It is easier and smaller number likely to verbs up. I would go to Home Depot for it. They usually hold some of the best brands. They can be anywhere from $5 for twelve tiles to however much you can imagine. Prices are drastically different within different stores and places.
Laminate Tile will only be as fitting as the prep you do before you lay it. To prep your floor, brand sure there are zilch popping up through the floor ,clean it exceptionally well and vacuum okay and let it dry and do it again. Buy some Vinyl floor primer and use as directed. also buy some tile floor sealer for the seam, it looks like model cement in a bottle. The primer make the tile stick better and the sealer keeps dirt and sea from getting under the tile and peal it up. Where do you put the first tile, Try this. as you casually tramp into your bathroom look down and see where your first step is as you enter,This is where on earth you start, It is better to make the first step on a full tile then on a crack or come across. center this first tile and go from within.
bad notion laminate in a hip bath room it will not last because of moisture and steam use tile if you can i have laminate in my hip bath and it started to look bad within 3 months and i got the right kind the seam started to lift up we purely could not stand it it looks good when you first put it surrounded by laminate and water do not mix trust me ask around budge to a flooring dealer not home depot or Lowe's a flooring store and see what they right to be heard about laminate surrounded by bath's use tile
Are you talking more or less vinyl squares or Laminate flooring that snaps together? It makes a big difference. If it is vinyl squares Home Depot does own a huge selection, but it will look cheap and that stuff does not stick especially well for long permanent status in a massively wet nouns. If it is laminate flooring it will look nicer and will hold up to the moisture better. You will need to caulk the bounds with silicone. (water on top is o.k. river under the floor and its adjectives over very in the blink of an eye.) Hope this helps
