Hey man...I thought of dumb waiver or a platform lift will do the trick. But it sounds similar to a short travel upwards. Why not -try doing it yourself - using the green way by the apt old 'passenger lift up ' principal:-
Hook up a strong pull ontop or an ancient used bicycle wheel rim secured to the top spar. Throw a strong rope around it & drop one end to the ground. Tie or protected two buckets at both ends till both sits on the floor. Create a few small bags of substance 5-10kgs each next to sand or metal weights. Unused dumb bells will also do. This is how it works:-
1. Say if you have a 10-kg rice flour pouch to lift up- put it surrounded by the grocery bucket at ground
2. Fill the other at higher floor next to 10-kgs of weights, so both sides buckets balance up.
3. Just use your paw muscle to pull up the bucket and you find that lone very little strength to verbs up the 10kg flour bag as both sides is on the brink.
4. If you are at ground, tie a rope to the top weights bucket & pull it down.
5. Once the grocery bucket is up, tie the rope to ground or something thickset.
6. It works vice-versa. ie. If you intend lift something down, you can put smaller quantity weight and the grocery bucket will transend down inherently by gravity.
Vola....here you have it.....a human pully system. You can even put a bicycle crank or electric motor to form it a bit more sophisticated.....but make sure that your pully can withstand the twice the counterweight of the items that you intend to pull up for sanctuary reasons.......make a contribution it a go......mate.
Order past its sell-by date Safeway.com and they have to deliver to your literal doorstep.
I loved this service when I be pregnant with my end kid and I lived up three flights of stairs and the elevator was down.
Just order groceries online would be easier and cost-efficient- and you wouldn't have to wrestle the hassle of getting building permits and researching building codes.
