how to clean a cloth canopy/awning for a building?

how do i clean a white cloth canopy for a building, which is all mouldy, but still physically intact. is bleach the solution? or will that only destroy the integrity of the cloth?

There are some real good awning cleaners available from RV shops, try that or a mild bleach and laundry detergent solution and a deck brush, that should do the trick.

start with a pressure washer
bleach will do fine but make sure you are wearing gloves and old clothing. you can soak it in bleach and any dishwashing solution. after about 30 minutes or so, scrub the cloth with a plastic brush. hope this helps you!
