Is full sheet vinyl wallpaper better than vinyl covered wallpaper in the bathroom? Why?
Answers:
I would recommend not using wallpaper for three reasons.
One, sooner or later you or someone else will want to remove it and it is a pain to remove.
Two, I hate putting up wallpaper, trying to get everything lined up exactly right isn't easy especially when your dealing with a sticky surface.
Three, the moisture in the bathroom will, sooner or later, cause the wallpaper to separate from the wall.

Run from wallpaper of any sort. You'll thank me 5 years from now when you want to update the look.
I have used both and had success. It depends on how much humidity you will have. If you have a large family (Several showers and baths a day) you will probably want to go with full sheet vinyl. It will adhere better in moist conditions. If you don't have a lot of humidity the vinyl covered will work. Also, sheet vinyl is stronger and will hold up better to cleaning. Either way use a good wallpaper glue, don't rely on the prepasted glue on the back unless you think you may want to remove it later.
