How much sand do i need to fill the spaces between pavers. My driveway and patio is 1000 sq. ft.?

Answers:
Try buying a single bag of sand (or another small known amount) and see how much area in sq. ft. this will cover. Then, figure out what fraction of 1000 sq. ft. this area is, and multipy it out to get the amount of sand you need to finish the job.

Other answers:
I'd say about a half yard.Sweep it around dry with a stiff broom.
