Can my husband and I install blinds on our own??
Answers: A little trick when you are installing blinds, especially miniblinds.
It is difficult to hold the brackets in proper position and try to drill or screw the screw in. So to solve that problem, I bought a roll of two face tape and cut out a square the size of the bracket that get screwed to the casing or jamb, stuck it on, peel off the other side and stuck it surrounded by position. Now I could drill the screw holes without trying to hold the bracket within position. (or just screw the screw in)
You should be able to find the two face tape contained by your local hardware store or Walmart in the mask tape and duct cassette section.
