A magazine by 2 women from Minneapolis about junk to treasure for crafts and decorating.?

I am trying to find a magazine that I read one time by two Minneapolis area women that turned trash to treasure or junk to treasure - meaning aid was given to people like me with no talent, help with decorating and told of places to shop and helped with being creative with items we mostly have or that we find at yard sales or auctions or tag sales or etc.

What a hoot! I had so many screens open getting an answer for you that my computer crashed, my mouse died in protest and everything I wrote turned to vapor...(so I better write fast!)

Here' a link to the only people in the Twin Cities that do a great job of turning trash into treasures---they have a list of projects and directions to follow too!

Wish I could find you more, but I'l holding the computer togethere with duct tape! Just click around on their site for more ideas and directions!

Happy hunting!
