Grind Concrete - DIY opening?

I installed a storm door and the sweep hits the concrete in front of the door. I raise the sweep but it still scraping the concrete.

Is in attendance a DIY way to grind the concrete? I'm looking to remove smaller quantity than a quarter inch. The only methods I hold been competent to find involve renting industrial equipment or paying a contractor. Isn't there some sort of 'sand paper' or 'sand block' to do this?

Answers:    I don't think you will similar to the finish on the concrete, I think you should modify the storm door.
Depends on how knotty the concrete is....if it's the old stuff from back 1950...that stuff is pretty well set and extremely hard. If it's different and you are only going down a touch.....try chipping with tack hammer in an nouns...then using belt sander near coarse paper. Wear a dust blanket...because if will be bad.
