Answers: There are a few things that might hold gone wrong here:
The first and most likely is that you hung thesis over flat wall paint--That is a cardinal sin.Paste and wall paint are not compatible-the paste in actual fact "eats"the wall paint-you must "size"or prime the wall first.A brand named shields is a dutiful all purpose primer for wall cover.
Lack of priming correctly shouldn't engender the paper spill out off,though--just front to a lot of bubbles.......
No insult intended but are you sure the serious newspaper was pre-pasted?Quality control on pre-pasted dissertation is not always the best and a pro will rinse the backing near paste stirred up contained by a paste bucket in recent times to be sure(NOT FLOUR & WATER)before booking and resting the panel.
It could be that your water surrounded by the trough was to cold or to hot or it soaked to long or not long enough--you enjoy to follow the manufacturors directions to a t,so to speak.
Did you sweep it out enough?It is tough to enunciate without looking at it,what go wrong but it was any the lack of priming or inadequet paste-probably both.........
sometimes the paste they have on them isn't strong plenty, make your own blend with some flour and marine like papermache almost and use that it should work better if their epoxy resin doesn't work right, just create sure you have it completely mixed or you'll own bubbles
