probably there's clumps of hair stuck down there... thats what happened to me!
unbelievably enough, boiling hot water and dishwashing liquid. Put the dw liquid firts, boil some water in a large pot and pour slowly into the bowl. if it doesn't work the first time, try it a second time, and you'll be pretty much set.
I don't know what "both tud. toilet" means, but the easiest, quickest DIY remedy to try first of all for a blocked drain is pouring boiling water into the drain.
I also use dish soap and boiling water maybe three pots. Let the first pot of water sit and use the plunger then pour more boiling water down. Also check the tub stopper for hair.
Lowe's has a drain clog remover that is professional strength in the plumbing section. Be careful! It contains acid and you don't want to splash it on yourself.
