Looking for a dining table that can be changed from a square table to a round table?
Answers: Called "drop leaf" or "total admission money leg" tables.
The "leaves" can be oval , partly round or rectangular but you always finale up w/ that narrower center section
Not that unusual, but good ones, ( unmarked or antique) can be pricey.

aah yeh i remember them theyre cool and u can store the chairs underneath too? its approaching a small cabinet when folded up
you can probbaly still get them but try a furniture shop or possibly on ebay or shop advertisements
I do not know if dining room table were made similar to this. I doi know that wall tables and card table were made resembling this. Most dining room tables if they be able to be made bigger have leafs. You could make a dining room table this road by cutting it and possibly putting hinges on it to fold the round cut down. I would think that the folded fern would get within the way of your legs when you sit at the table.
