Help removing cork tiles?
Answers: resourcefully i know this was highly stupid of me but it worked i took pait revomer and just poored it adjectives over the place and it sunk into the cork and then it be much easier to get receive up with a chisell it worked! i be so fuserated that i was up to trying ANYTHING. or do it the right channel...... Most cork tiled surfaces are used for flooring. Cover furniture and fittings previously starting. Look for a loose tile, or a tile in a important position. Lever the tile carefully using a scraper. This should immediately give access to the surface lower than the tiling.
Gently push the scraper under respectively tile and remove one by one. The tiles will probably break as they are removed, but it is still advisable to work on the removal of individual tiles across the room. Once removed, the surface will still be covered with the cork tile glue. This is more difficult to remove.
It is advisable to use a hot air stripper and scraper to remove the sticky stuff.

a.Get a razor sharp floor scraper and be in motion at it.
b. Get a paint scraper and scrub the floor like you would any paint. I construe you get more leverage using a foot held paint scraper.
c. Last case scenario use a non grease based solvent close to Acetone, or Lacquer thinner to dissolve the glue. Be sure to let breathe well so you don't catch a buzz from the fumes.

A sharp scraper & a lot of complex work, the heat is a appropriate idea as it will verbs the glue making it easier to chafe the tiles loose.
