my mother wants to lay down latest vinyl flooring in the bathroom, but she rent, so she requirements it to be a cheap easy project and emphazise on the cheap cog (its a very tiny bathroom). shouled she verbs up the old flooring or no? is it ok to lay it down ontop of the antiquated floor? she doesnt have the money to re-leven the floor. and should she use paste to glue to the vinyl or immediately?
