Drink lots of water and excersise. I can't guarantee it'll work, but water and sweat are usually the fastest ways to wash toxins from your system. Good luck.
Drink lots of water and work out like crazy. THC sticks to fat cells. The more fat you eliminate, the more THC that goes out the door with it.
could be in trouble mate. hash is a drug that hangs around in the system for a long time but it does depend on what test they do on you. Reckon you'll be alright but if there's a way of avoiding the test for a month or so it might be worth it. can't imagine you'll get in too much trouble for just hash though, not unless you're military or police.
I've heard from friends that detox tea you can get at organic stores and cranberry juice helps to flush the stuff out faster. Give it a whirl. you never know.

I cleared mine. I bought a kit from the local head shop. It was 2 parts. One that you drank the day before and one that you drank right before the test. It cost $25
hold your breath and ask a smarter person (drug free) than you to pee in a cup then put it in a non-lubricated condom and hang in your shorts until necessary, and hold your thumb on the temp strip on cup to heat up, good luck dufuss

To pass the drug test you need to buy some clear eyes. When taking the test squeeze about 1/4 to 1/2 the bottle of clear eyes into the cup. Something in the clear eyes makes the THC not show up on the test. It really works.
I have heard that lots of water, vitamin b (b6 i think) to make the sample yellow, and take aspirin a couple hours before- but then I failed one with not a D*** thing in my system- three days later they called me and said "oh, you're clean, want to come back?" - I told them to stuff it- and I won't take the tests anymore, period. if it costs me job or whatever, I don't need it!
You'll be fine if it's just a urinalysis it take approx.. 30 days for it to clear your system. Drink plenty of water and sheer time will take care of the rest. However if it's a hair follicle test you are pretty much well how do i say it umm...screwed.
best way to do it is go to the store and buy ceritol its fruit pectin, mix it with a huge glass of water 4 hrs. before your test and drink it as fast as possible make sure you pee atleast twice before the test also don't use golden seal they test for it now my mother is a juvenile probation officer she told me how to do it cause i have drug tests also its always worked for me
If you are going to be observed, you could try a detox drink. These sometimes work, but not always. They can cause the sample to be dilute, have low creatine, and low specific gravity, which may count as a failure. I failed using one of these drinks. It was supposedly the best one on the market. The best way is substitution. I have passed several tests this way.
If they insist on observing you, you have several options to stop them. Your best bet is to say you are homosexual and that you would feel extremely violated having a same-sex observer (note: they CANNOT send opposite-sex observers due to sexual harrassment issues). Accuse them of trying to sexually harrass you by having someone watch. If you make the observer feel awkward, they will not go into the bathroom with you. Also, you can say you have really bad diarrhea and you don't want them to smell it (that will freak them out).
Once you have the observer thing out of the way, the rest is easy. Before your test, get someone that you know FOR SURE is clean, and who DOES NOT take prescription medications. Get them to pee in a bottle. Refrigerate it, because it will rot after 18 hours. Wash out a condom, and pour the urine into it, tying a knot at the top. All you need is 60 mL, so that is about 1/3 of the condom. Right before your test, get a bowl of very hot water. Leave the condom in the hot water so that it gets to be about 110 degrees. It is very important that the sample is 92-100 degrees, or they will reject it. Wear 2 pairs of tight underwear and jeans or sweatpants to keep in the heat. Put the tied off condom down the front of your pants and make sure that it will securely stay there with no bulge. If you are worried about it staying warm, you can also put a hand warmer in your pants. Put a small swiss army knife in your pocket, or some other type of scissors/knife, as pricking it with a pin will not work. When you go into the bathroom, cut the tip of the condom and pour it into the cup. Make sure the temperature strip reads that it is warm enough. If not, hold the hand warmer on it for longer.
After this, you're good to go. If it weren't for this method, I would have been kicked out of my university a long time ago. They give the most advanced test, and this is the only way to beat it. Good luck and keep smokin! Happy 420
