A pump isn't necessarily the answer. If you have a pump fitted and someone below you turns on their tap all you'll do is suck within a lot of nouns and pump it up to your taps, which could deface the pump as well as breed a lot of commotion !
If you can afford it you'd be better off getting a private nurture connected to the mains inlet within the street. That way anything happens below you won't affect your supply (within point of course!)
