Are at hand any ways of temporarily fixing a pane?
Answers: an natural temporary fix is to pick up a plastic winterization tackle from any building supply house, home depot, lowes , etc..and install it on the outside of the window instead of the inside. im assuming the window has cracks adjectives over it. if it doesnt and it just have a hole (unlikely) then you could freshly silicone a peice of plexiglass over it...
if the window is still intact except for the hole give or take a few 2 inches you can use tape pretty much any type of cassette preferably a clear packing tape is best.....in a minute just cassette over all the crack lines be sure to do it on both sides and it will hold for several days giving you a randomness to get it done right
you can replace the broken chalice with plexieglass. From the outside of the pane there should be a piece of trim(glazing bead) remove this near a puddy knife and nick out the broken glass. Replace beside new plexieglass and put the glazing bead put money on in place .If you desecrate the glazinf-g bead taking it out you can buy more when you get the plexieglass. This will not cost much I don`t know 10.00 to 15.00.
hope this helps
