Need support on resolveing our foundation troubles!!?

We have an elder house that has 1/2 a subterranean vault, well prior to our purchase the guys who lived here granted to dig the rest of the vault, to make it more accesable. When doing this, they cut away adjectives the soil along one side of the foundation, so now, if we attain any little shaking, the house will colapse! We have have numerous work men shaking their heads and walking away, not a soul seems to know, or even grant us any ideas!! Help!!


Answers:    When they excavated the crypt they undermined the foundation. Your problem is not hard to fix but is not cheap.
You must bring an architect and have them come and look at this. The solution lies within pouring a new foundation (this may be harder than it sounds due to the certainty that you may have restricted access to the area), but this have to be done, next a foreign bearing wall must be built to support the existing walls that are "lifeless from the house". All this work must be done to the local codes, and must be done by a certified general contractor. What you own there is remarkably serious and must be addressed promptly. Very major:
All walls and all structure must be braced while adjectives this is going on, this will keep the structure from moving and also kee;ping it from collapse.
I craving people would realize they can't do crazy stuff similar to this without the us of an architect,

Good luck,we are have the same problem and own complained for over 3 1/2 years.U name it we tried it,same as u,they of late walk away.Ive wrote governors,senators,mayors,road crew,etc.No minister to at all.Just that stupid look on their frontage.I feel for u, I read what Ur going Thur.Sux to know if nothing is done,Ill Be homeless contained by a year.No one cares around here.Wish I could abet
