any John Deere mechanics available??

I have a 245 lawn tractor, new pto this spring, runs and cuts well but will snap pto bolt off after about 2 to 3 hrs run time?have freshened threads, torque to specs and put thread tightner but still snaps bolt in crank!!4 times !!is it possible to have a crank out of round?? or any ideas??? have yu ever ran into this kind of problem??
