Most of the time a double pane window is two peices of glass with a seal of gas between them for insulation value .You will probably need to measure and order from a mfg. like anderson or pella . If you know the window manufacturer, then that is the best one to call. They will send the entire peice for you to install

What do you mean by fix??? If the problem is fogged up windows,then you have a broken seal in the window unit.The only way to fix is replacement (of the glass or the whole window).

Gregory is right. I've replaced glass in my windows which required taking the window section into a glass place for them to measure and order. When the glass arrived, they promptly replaced the old with the new. New windows are in the future though, because this doesn't fix them forever.
