The cost of Road Construction?
Blacktop/Asphalt only, 24' huge private road, no sidewalks, 4" of asphalt surface. I'll have to run standard storm drains, utilities (water)...sewer prime is already there (so i'll solitary have to run side-sewers from respectively unit to the main)...will put within natural gas splash, electricity.
This is in the State of Washington, city of Black Diamond (30 mins south of Seattle)
Any view of what I can estimate the cost (per lineal foot) for constructing this road?
Just FYI -- I have gone to several on-line sites and tried their calculators. I've found out that i necessitate about 415 tons of asphalt hot-mix matter, but that's all the calculators will voice. None of them get into any detail or depth roughly total road cost. The area is horizontal, will need minimal grade, very little spread. Most likely a crush-rock foundation course.
Answers: I'm sorry I truly don't have a dollar amount, but I do hold a thought. It won't help initially maybe.
I lived on Bainbridge for 4 years in this decade BTW.
I a house built within a private, small development. Our road be put in obviously, before actual building begin. In my case the builder charged put a bet on the cost of the road to each lot/potential owner. Might you not do one and the same? In my case that related to like mad that may have usually sold for 28 K, I compensated 43 K for, then the cost of building.
A side make a note of. I have traveled extensively throughout the USA and at one time road depts. used to post their construction signs showing a cost per mile. I don't see such any more. Probably because of the outrageous costs, and over-runs. I appear to recall one sign stating $374K Per mile, though that be Highway.
As one other suggests you might be able to take an estimate from a paving company, but it's unlikely "for free"; plus they'd likely try to vend you their service. It might be that you'll have to obtain multiple estimates for each different service you enjoy to install? Your permit and inspection costs will imagined be substatntial as well?
Just within curiosity; are you an all inclusive nouns company?

Call an asphalt company, they will give you a free estimate. There is more to it than you chew over, they have to verbs out the drains so the level surface won't be for long, not to mention permit etc. Good luck
Use crushed gravel or stone, very low keep and the cost will be lower. When it's dry, it is as hard as concrete.
