I'm not sure which country you come from but try Halifords, the window film that boy racers put on the car windows would be effective but it is also very expensive, about £18 a roll.
we have that at work but when its dark and we have lights on for some reason it has the reverse effect????????

you can try home depot or lowes....they even have a stained glass film which is nice....they come in serveral variations....a iced look, colores and textures...
**but if you want some type of tint walmart has cheap kinds...i would suggest you buy it whole sale...internet search

A two-way mirror will work with nothing more than window tint. The trouble with these windows is that the lighting environment must be controlled. The oberver's side must be in the dak, while the mirror side must have light. Without the right conditions, even special glass won't work.
