what is the grout to water ratio?

I have a 25lb bag of grout, but I don't need to use the whole bag for my project. (2 quarts of water to the whole bag).
What grout/water ratio should I use for a smaller amount?

Answers:
No specific formula just mix to your liking the water evaporates or soaks in so to little or to much isnt a factor. You want it thin enough to get all the way in the joints and make it easer to work with somewhere in the area of cake batter. Just let it haze over before cleaning up.

Other answers:
Pour a little water in and mix your grout until it is the consistency of peanut butter. Add a little more water/grout as needed to get consistency.
