Im electrics up a fresh heating system within the bathroom and the older electrical system does not contest the appliance?

I know that the old red telecommunication goes to the unusual brown wire and the outmoded black wire go to the new blue cable but i have a loam wire coming out from the wall but no top soil wire on the appliance? does anyone know what to do next to the earth?

Answers:    Couple it to the vertebrae box of your outlet, or tape it up and give up your job it. If there is no floor wire out of the appliance, it is a 'Double Insulated' appliance and does not require earthing. Many portable appliances are resembling this these days.
The ground or soil wire should catch attached to the appliance cabinet.
