anyone flipped a house?
Answers:
When you flip a house, make sure you negotiate the price very carefully in your best interest. Do Minor improvements where needed, such as new roof, siding, windows, and maybe even new kitchen and bath fixtures.
When you are flipping a house you want to do minimal work for maximum gain. Once you do 2 or 3 of them you will start to see what houses you can flip for a profit and which ones you will get burnt on.
When looking for a house to flip, look very carefully at the neighborhood it is in, if its a bad area, don't touch it as you will have a hard time reselling it.
I could spend all day and night on here what to look for in the potential house top make a big profit but I am sorry, but I just don't have the time to do it.
The biggest thing I can tell you is "DO NOT FALL IN LOVE WITH THE HOUSE". Because if you do, you will wind up spending a lot more money on it than you planed and you will loose money at resale..

I've bought and flipped and sold 3 houses. I'm a woman and a widow, and retired. Was a lot of hard work, but worth it! Just one thing to remember, don't spend a lot of money on renovations, cheap fixes, make pretty, and sell. Worked great.
