How can I remove paint from an interior window? Any recommended products??

I spent a TON of time redoing a room to be my office space. I taped off the windows but some paint still got around the edges and it looks sloppy when I worked so hard to make all the details really pop. I read that HOT white vinegar takes this off. I also read that paint thinner made it worse for someone else. Anyone ever had any success removing DRIED PAINT from windows? (One is tempered glass--if that matters--its more bumpy & with some grooves). Please do not tell me to tape off the windows. I have ALREADY painted, that was already done and now I need to deal with taking off dried paint. Thanks so much!

Answers:
Go to Wal-Mart and get a paint scraper. They are normally like 3 dollars, and it is a single razor blade in a holder. You will be able to use that to scrape the paint off, and it is super super easy. I remodel houses all the time and I don't even worry about taping the windows off bc it is just easier for me to do a little scraping then spend like 3 hours trying to get the tape exactly right around every window! Hope that helps! Good Luck!

use a razor blade.
use a razor blade.
Use a single edge razor blade. A double is too easy to cut yourself.
use some Goo Gone, buy it from your friendly local walmart store.
Go to the hardware store and ask for a window scraper, they are a couple of dollars and use a razor blade. I quit taping windows all together after using one of those.
