The hole is in the center of my house. I hold a crawl space and a normally vent attic. It almost feels resembling wind. However when I win into the attic I can't see any place for the air to be moving into the wall. I enjoy yet to procure under the house. However I'm sure I'll find equal thing.
Answers: It might be a plumbing hole within the bottom plate in between the studs. That will permit air draft-up through the stud cavity, resembling a chimney, and out the hole. Plumbers and electricians drill lots of holes in the bottom plates and sure don't nick the time to plug them if they don't use them.
I'm with jana, probably a intact from plumbing or electric that wasn't plugged or sealed properly - as they uncommonly are.
