The best road to attach two pieces of aluminum is to heli arc it. This is a special welder, with a foot pedal, that melt the two pieces together in a controlled atmosphere.
There is in reality an aluminium solder. It can be purchased at most electronic shops.
you can't solder aluminum, the aluminum will melt first.
