Answers: Test it yourself at 100 degrees - the warmth of boiling water. My experience next to another glue: - an epoxy resin is that it melt at or below 100 degrees centigrade.
It is conceptually possible that supeglue might decompose ate 230 degree centigrade. This would include giving off fumes.

The chemical name for superglue is CYANOacrylate.
Not sure of the decomposition products but you might not close to any fumes produced.
