there's two really good solutions.
1. put a rubber band around your wrist, and snap it whenever you want to cut.
2. take a red sharpie and a few pieces of paper. draw very hard, like you're mad at the paper, with the red sharpie. i've heard this works from a friend.

call 911 and get yourself into a hospital where you can be carefully monitored and given antidepressants to control your depression.
What should you do? You should give me a relatives phone number so I can tell them what your doing and they can get you the help you need. Or you can take a step forward, start taking control of your life and tell a loved one whats going on, before its too late. Beleive me getting all the stress off your chest will feel much better than your cutting.

Try to find ways to externalize your depression outward, instead of in on yourself. I know it's hard, try to do something creative. Of course everyone will tell you to tell someone, and talking to someone can deffinately help, but it has to be the right person right? Or just a bunch of strangers on yahoo answers. Hope this helps.

Try these: 1) Dance non-stop till you drop at loud music, 2) Watch a comedy or read comics, 3) Call a friend and talk to her/ him. 4) Write down what makes you depressed or write a letter to yourself on how to help this girl (that's you). 5) Run for hours non-stop till you drop out.
