simply, iraq was much better off before the nosy bush inserted his nose there. now look at the mess and anarchy they have. yes saddam was a brutal leader. yes he used chemicals to kill shi'its, but americans also used depleted uranium to kill iraqis. tell me one good thing american's have done to iraq after the occupation!

The only reason of Iraq war is petrol as everyone knows. USA told that there were nukes in Iraq and attacked Iraq to save middle east from those nukes. Lots of time passed since the war started but they still could not find any nukes. Their only purpose was petrol and they achieved their goal.

To liberate a population that doesn't really want to be liberated... To liberate without sanctioning from the UN... To liberate where there happens to be oil in the ground...
Sounds like they are going where they are not welcomed, not endorsed by their peers and motivated by personal gain. That's not liberation, it's invasion!
Clarification about "...population that doesn't really want to be liberated.": I'm sure the Iraqi people where not happy with Saddam but what would they have realistically replaced him with? I'm sure the Iraqi would have been as clueless as the Americans but it's up to the Iraqi to decide, not for a foreign power to decide the when and how. Specially when there is no proof of any WMD within Iraq thus no threat to the US or the region.
