at 4" thick 1 yard of concrete will cover 81 SF. one 50# bag will do .43 cubic feet. a 80# bag does .63 cu ft.
5x12= 60sf.
1 cubic yard = 27 cubic ft
43 bags if using 80#, 63 bags if using 50#.

first of all....... concrete comes in 40 lb or 80 lb bags. an 80 lb bag is one have of a cubic foot. there are 27 cubic feet in a cubic yard. you would need 54 (80 lb) bags of concrete to make a cubic yard.
at 6" deep a cubic yard will make a side walk that is 36" wide and 18' long. or a pad 6' by 9'
Way too many. Concrete mix comes in 80 lb bags.
